Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t hold back when it comes to family, shelling out $7.1 million for a Los Angeles home previously owned by “Modern Family” actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, Justin Mikita.

DiCaprio, 46, purchased the Spanish Colonial home in Los Feliz for his mom, Irmelin Indenbirken, with whom he’s been seen over the years at several red carpet events.

The Post has reached out to the actor’s reps for comment.

The listing was held by Jennifer Akbari of Compass who represented Ferguson. Brett Lawyer of Hilton and Hyland represented DiCaprio in the sale.

This marks the second Los Feliz property for the Oscar winner after he bought a 1920s-era home in 2018 for $4.9 million for his dad, George DiCaprio, stepmom, Peggy Ann Farra, and niece, Normandie. The two homes are a six-minute drive apart.

This leaves Ferguson, 45, with a hefty profit since he paid almost $4.5 million for the estate about eight years ago.

Built in 1928, the home spans almost 5,000 square feet and is made up of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The half-acre hillside property was first acquired by pop star Gwen Stefani and her then-husband, musician Gavin Rossdale, in 1998 for $1.4 million.

Previously described as “fabulously quirky,” the property is securely gated and perched above street level for maximum privacy, according to the listing.

The long driveway is surrounded by lush landscaping and leads to a three-car garage with direct access to the home.

Upon entry, a two-story foyer is observed with stained glass windows.

Features of the home include an expansive library with soaring ceilings, balconies from the upstairs level looking down into the library, and a living room with a stone fireplace that boasts 25-foot ceilings.

The chef’s kitchen comes with a breakfast nook and custom built-in appliances. The family room converts into a media room and is equipped with a projector for movie nights. Almost every room of the home has outdoor access.

Outdoor amenities include a pool, spa, a detached zen/meditation and yoga room, a full detached pool bathroom and a newly renovated observation deck with views of the city including Griffith Park Observatory. The expansive outdoors is surrounded by courtyards, outdoor fireplaces and manicured lawns, which also allows for al fresco dining.

DiCaprio, who starred in “Once Upon Time … in Hollywood,” remains at his two-compound estate on the Sunset Strip, about a 30-minute drive to the two Los Feliz homes.
