  • Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage.
  • Trim the core and any tough stems from the cabbage and thinly slice.
  • Add to a bowl with the shredded carrot, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
